The Babes Build Community Day Camp brought together kindred spirits for a transformative journey, whisked away by boat to a private haven, where aspirations took flight and dreams found their roots.
The day commenced with a grounding yoga session, under the open sky and the embrace of nature. Breathing in the island air, attendees set their intentions for the day ahead – a journey of self-discovery, learning, and the forging of lasting bonds.
Nourishment was not only for the body but also for the soul, as participants indulged in a feast that energized not just their bodies, but their spirits too. It was a moment of gratitude for the bounties of the earth and the connections that nourish us.
The heart of the day lay in the workshops, led by remarkable souls who've carved their own growth pathways. Nile and Viv's workshop on Hot + Cold Therapy was a refreshing dive into self-care, aligning body and mind. Jana, the spirited mind behind Bedside Business Plan, illuminated the path of Business Growth + Alignment, showing how success blooms from a bedrock of authenticity. Maddy's workshop on Business Finance brought clarity to the often mystifying world of numbers, making financial prowess an achievable feat.
A highlight of the event was the captivating presence of Amy and Brett, the dynamic duo behind Goldilocks Wraps. With raw honesty, they shared their journey – from humble beginnings to soaring heights, from bumps in the road to triumphant victories.
