Introducing our Box + Brunch Experience: an hour of energetic boxing followed by a treat of your choosing, perfect for busy professionals looking to recharge and reconnect. Led by expert coaches at Teddy’s Boxing + Fitness, these classes cater to all levels, offering a fun and empowering workout.
After our boxing session, we continue the camaraderie at Deep Cove Market, where you can order from an array of cafe goodies, light meals, snacks and beverages. Their covered patio provides the perfect backdrop for further bonding and relaxation.

When: Box - 8:30am - 9:30 / Cafe 10:00 am - 11:00
Wear fitness attire + clean shoes
Boxing wraps included for first time boxers only, Boxing gloves always included
Waiver will be signed onsite
